1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new monthly or annual subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason within the first 7 days of your *initial* purchase, you may request a full refund.

To request a refund, you must contact our support team at linkqueries@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of your purchase.

2. Conditions for Refund

After the 7-day period has elapsed, we do not offer refunds or credits for partial subscription periods or unused time. Subscription renewals (both monthly and annual) are non-refundable.

3. Refund Amounts (in INR)

All refunds will be processed in the original currency of purchase, Indian Rupees (INR). The refund will be for the full amount paid at the time of purchase, subject to the 7-day policy.

  • Minimum Refund Amount: If a refund is eligible, the full amount of the initial transaction will be returned. (e.g., If you paid ₹499 INR, you will be refunded ₹499 INR).
  • Maximum Refund Amount: The maximum refund amount is the total value of your *first* subscription payment. (e.g., If you paid ₹4,999 INR for an annual plan, the maximum refund is ₹4,999 INR).

We are not responsible for any changes in currency exchange rates or any transaction fees charged by your bank.

4. How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings page. This will stop any future billing, and your service will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically trigger a refund.
